Introducing Eli Mason Cocktail Cherries
At the beginning of 2020 we made it a goal to create a delicious cocktail cherry that would compliment our bestselling Old Fashioned Cocktail Mixer. We began by tasting many of the cherries currently available on the market, making notes about what we liked and didn't like. A fluorescent pink cherry with junk ingredients was not what we were going for. We wanted to use an Amarena-style cherry, with real ingredients. Our recipe needed to offer the perfect balance of sweet and tart, and we wanted the fruit to be slightly firm, not mushy.
Once we dialed in exactly what we wanted, then we had to figure out how to make them. We began reaching out to different producers, and sampling different recipes, searching for the one. When we finally tasted this cherry, we knew we had found it. This was the cocktail cherry worthy of carrying the Eli Mason brand.
Today I'm excited to share with you that Eli Mason Cocktail Cherries are officially a thing, and they are fantastic. If you're a fan of the Old Fashioned, I feel confident you're going to love our cocktail cherries.
