Eli Mason Old Cuban Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients needed:

  • 1.5 oz Aged Rum
  • 2 oz Prosecco
  • 1 oz Eli Mason Demerara Syrup
  • .75 oz Lime Juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 6 Mint Leaves

Muddle the mint leaves with the Eli Mason Demerara Syrup and lime juice. Add the rum, bitters, and ice, then shake well until very cold. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, top with Prosecco, and garnish with a mint bouquet. Enjoy!
