Old Cuban
Ingredients needed:
- 1.5 oz Aged Rum
- 2 oz Prosecco
- 1 oz Eli Mason Demerara Syrup
- .75 oz Lime Juice
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 6 Mint Leaves
Muddle the mint leaves with the Eli Mason Demerara Syrup and lime juice. Add the rum, bitters, and ice, then shake well until very cold. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, top with Prosecco, and garnish with a mint bouquet. Enjoy!
