Terrible customer service!!!
Keep getting requests to review my order, unfortunately 3 weeks later and I still don’t have it. I have sent multiple emails and get no response.
First order a few months back was quick and I enjoyed it but can’t get this order.

Best I've Used
There's really nothing negative to be said here. I've used both the spiced and traditional syrups and both are excellent! The spiced old fashioned adds the perfect amount of spice flavor without tasting artificial. Both syrups are thicker and sweeter than ones I've used in the past so I just use a little less. I will continue to purchase Eli Mason products and look forward to trying their other items.
